Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Please note that cancellations require a minimum of 24-hour notice.
To secure your appointment, a valid card on file is required.

Failure to cancel within the required time may result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service price.

If a client no-calls/no-shows more than twice, no future appointments will be accepted. To get back on the books, the full amount of the most recent missed service must be paid before rebooking.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
